SPA THERAPIST
Job Summary: The spa therapist is responsible for delivering a sense of well-being by performing a wide range of spa treatments. Greets and welcomes spa guests, informs guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customise treatments and therapies to suit guests' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Performing all guest services in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction and world-class service
- Ensuring that guests are as comfortable as possible before, during and after their treatment/service
Enquiring about any medical conditions or other special needs prior to commencement of service
Performing all treatments/services as established in the department standards
Performing services in various on-property locations as reserved
Replenishing service supplies/products for workstation
Following trends in the industry and make recommendations to improve service offerings
Qualifications:
- Valid certificate or license in field of expertise
Experience in a similar position
Two (2) years' experience in a customer service role
Experience in hospitality or resorts is an asset
Work Environment:
- Indoor spaces
May be required to work outside of normal hours
- and on nights, weekends, and holidays
