Job requirements:

• Technical degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in electrical installations, construction, or maintenance.
• Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a hotel, resort, or large commercial/building facility.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electrical panels, generators, electrical motors, and pumps.
• Experience in fault finding, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical installations and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of electrical automation and control systems.
• Good understanding of electrical safety standards and safe working practices.
• Knowledge of hospitality and Food & Beverage operational requirements is considered an advantage.
• Experience working in hotel or large-scale building installations will be considered an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Job responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and equipment.

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, and common areas.
• Maintain lighting systems, power distribution panels, generators, UPS, and emergency systems.
• Ensure proper operation of electrical equipment used in kitchens and F&B outlets.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and electrical regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical reports.
• Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team and external contractors when required.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and cost-saving measures.
• Assist during renovations, upgrades, and new installations.
