This opportunity forms part of the launch of our upcoming exciting project, a luxury sister property & restaurant located on the Santorini Caldera. As a new addition to our portfolio, this concept will offer a distinctive expression of luxury hospitality and gastronomy, shaped by its exceptional setting and the unique character of Santorini, while providing an opportunity to contribute to the creation of a truly exceptional destination.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a range of massage, facial, beauty, and wellness treatments in accordance with established protocols and luxury brand standards.
• Conduct professional pre- and post-treatment consultations, assessing guest needs and ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the experience.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all spa treatments, products, packages, and promotions to provide personalized recommendations and support treatment and retail sales.
• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment, ensuring they are fully equipped, immaculate, and presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming, and discreet environment throughout the guest’s spa journey.
• Assist with spa reception duties when required, including welcoming guests, managing appointments, and responding to inquiries.
• Support the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, and other spa facilities.
• Monitor treatment supplies, products, and equipment and report any shortages, damages, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all required spa procedures and protocols.
• Uphold the hotel’s grooming, conduct, and service standards at all times.

Requisitos

• Recognized qualification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end spa environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of massage and beauty treatments, with a genuine passion for wellness and guest care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional approach.
• Strong customer service skills and confidence in recommending treatments and products.
• High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with spa booking systems, experience with Afrodite Spa Software is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are considered an asset.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
