KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Greet and welcome guests, manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Take up other duties as assigned.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of office management and Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in English (written)
