ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Equipment Maintenance and Repair:

• Sustain backend equipment backend equipment - Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut , Laser mark and AOI uptime above the targeted goals.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Complete all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and equipment conversions within the stipulated time.
• Ensure zero post-maintenance issues.

Performance Metrics:

• Maintain and improve Mean Time Between Alarms (MTBA), Repeat Alarm metrics, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet or exceed set targets.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and address recurring issues to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

Generate and submit reports on equipment status and any deviations from goals.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company and regulatory standards.
• Participate in Safety, 6S audits and training sessions.

REQUIRED:

· Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent.

· Must be able to work in 12 hour shift

· Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia

PREFERRED:

· Familiarity in computer system & computer network

· Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook

· Able to work independently

· Have a good interpersonal skill

SKILLS:

· Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical)

· Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component

· Knowledge in Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut , Laser mark and AOI machine will be an added advantage
