Factory Support Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on manufacturing professional to work with garment factories serving international brands like Zara.
This is not a commercial or sales position.
This role requires working directly with garment operators and quality personnel on the factory floor to ensure successful integration of product into garment manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in garment manufacturing, sewing operations, quality control, or production and be comfortable spending significant time in factories supporting operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Factory Deployment Support
- Support onboarding of garment factories.
- Train production operators and supervisors.
- Assist factories in integrating new processes into existing sewing workflows.

- Assist lactones in integrating Tiew processes into existing sewing workflows.
- Support installation, setup, and operator training.
- Identify opportunities to improve consistency, yield, and process performance.
- Provide feedback to Sensormatic teams regarding factory challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Build strong working relationships with sewing operators, line supervisors, production managers, and quality teams.
- Help drive adoption within factories that may initially be resistant to process changes.
- Act as the local point of contact for operational questions related to Seam Tag deployment.
- Willing to travel between factories
- This role requires someone who can work effectively with operators and supervisors while helping drive operational change. Along with Khmer, some basic conversational English will be preferred.
