About the role:

The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional service and support for our range of mineral processing and weighing equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and process improvement tasks.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, problem identification, and root cause analysis.
  • Support Aftermarkets Technical Support Reps and Customer Service Representatives.
  • Prepare scopes of work for ongoing customer maintenance.
  • Promote Sandvik products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment design and process upgrades.

A little about you:

While we offer training and development, we are looking for someone with the following skills to ensure you are set up for success:

  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Skills: Proficiency Multirail systems, PE cells and automation, 3D scans, wear liner performance, CONiQ system tests, technical reporting, and excellent troubleshooting abilities and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent understanding of hydraulic and electrical components and schematics.
  • Other: Willingness to travel extensively, work on weekends, and visit sites at short notice. Ability to qualify for mine site induction.
