Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation, Überwachung und Optimierung der Werkstattprozesse zur Fertigung orthopädischer Hilfsmittel

  • Herstellung, Anpassung und Reparatur von Prothesen, Orthesen sowie weiteren individuellen Hilfsmitteln

  • Anpassung industriell vorgefertigter Passteile an die spezifischen Bedürfnisse der Patient*innen

  • Auswahl und Verarbeitung verschiedenster Materialien (z. B. Kunststoffe, Carbon, Metall)

  • Fachgerechte Beratung, Anpassung und Einweisung von Patient*innen in die Nutzung ihrer Hilfsmittel

  • Außendienstbetreuung von Kliniken und ärztlichen Einrichtungen zur Versorgungskoordination

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen, Therapeutinnen und weiteren Partner*innen im Versorgungsprozess

  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und lückenlose Dokumentation aller Arbeits- und Versorgungsprozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Meistertitel in der Orthopädietechnik
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
