Sanofi is a French pharmaceutical company formed in 1973 and assembled over five decades through a long series of mergers including Synthelabo, Aventis and Genzyme. It is now built around immunology and rare disease, with Dupixent for atopic dermatitis and asthma as by far its largest product, alongside a substantial vaccines division covering influenza, meningitis and the respiratory syncytial virus antibody Beyfortus. Headquartered in Paris, the group has sharpened its focus in recent years by separating its consumer healthcare business into the standalone company Opella and directing research spending toward biologics and immune science.
  • Location: Budapest, Hungary
  • Flexible working: hybrid

About the job

Business Operations (BO) at Sanofi is a key driver of transformation and value creation, optimizing the company's core business functions to accelerate impact, enhance agility, and fuel innovation at scale. Global Transparency's transversal cross-functional mission is to ensure Sanofi meets its Transparency reporting obligations as required by law or regulatory authorities to mitigate negative customer impact and Sanofi's reputational & financial risk.

The Global Transparency Team operates within a Matrix/Integrated Hub & In-Country Model. • Flags data anomalies and assists in root-cause investigation and remediation

2. EFPIA & Country Regulatory Support

  • Supports country-level transparency reporting activities and requirements as assigned, working in partnership with the relevant in-country Transparency team(s)
  • Builds beginner-level working knowledge of country-specific transparency regulation across supported markets
  • Escalates regulatory questions and updates to the Transparency Team Lead in a timely manner

3. Disclosure Reporting Support

  • Assists in the preparation of country disclosure reports and supporting reconciliation files
  • Supports report validation and quality assurance activities under senior analyst supervision
  • Helps ensure data readiness for disclosure submissions according to country-specific timelines
  • Contributes to the preparation of basic tracking dashboards and monitoring reports for the Global Sources team
  • Maintains audit-ready documentation across assigned reporting and data collection activities

4. Business Stakeholder Engagement & Learning

  • Liaises with in-country stakeholders across supported markets to clarify data queries and support timely reporting cycles
  • Communicates basic data requirements and deadlines to data providers under guidance from senior team members
  • Escalates unresolved data issues to senior analysts or the Transparency Team Lead in a structured manner
  • Actively participates in knowledge-sharing sessions and training to progressively build autonomy within the team
