Regional Manager
岗位职责：
战略制定与目标达成： 根据公司的整体策略，结合浙江省的区域市场特点，制定并分解区域业务目标与行动计划，带领团队完成或超额完成各项业务指标。
团队管理与赋能： 负责浙江区域业务团队（包括地区经理及医药代表）的日常管理、招聘、培训与人才梯队建设。通过协同拜访、绩效辅导等方式，提升团队的专业推广能力与合规意识。
市场洞察与策略优化： 建立宏观与微观的市场分析体系，密切关注国家及浙江省内的医保政策、带量采购（VBP）动态及行业趋势。实时监测竞品动向，灵活调整区域竞争策略，挖掘市场增长机会。
核心客户与KOL管理： 负责区域内核心专家（KOL）、重点医院及关键决策人的开发与深度维护，搭建高水平的学术交流平台，提升公司产品在区域内的学术影响力与品牌认可度。
合规与跨部门协作： 严格贯彻公司合规政策，确保所有推广活动合法合规。同时，与市场部、医学部等内部部门高效协作，确保市场策略在区域内的精准落地与资源有效配置。
