The Role:

As Information Security Manager (f/m/d), you are part of the Delos Cloud Information Security Management System (ISMS) team within our IT Security organization. As functional expert you are part of our ISMS team who is responsible for defining and implementing organizational measures that help us protect our cloud platform from the various threats in this environment. For this purpose, you will also work with the regulatory authorities responsible for us. Furthermore, you act as an interface to GRC, technical IT security and all other departments.

What you’ll do:

• Implementation, maintenance, and further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001, IT-Grundschutz and BSI C5 in the context of our security, certification and compliance strategy
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Creating and monitoring information security policies and procedures
• Identification and assessment of security risks and supporting the departments in implementing measures
• Preparing for internal and external audits
• Creating documentation to evidence controls within the ISMS
• Collaborate with Delos Cloud subject matter experts to identify and implement security measures
• Collaboration with external stakeholders e.g. from the state or federal states, Microsoft or SAP to strengthen Delos Clouds security and compliance posture
• Preparation and submission of reports and notifications to senior management, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders

What you bring:

• Several years of related professional experience in the field of information security, ideally in a similar position
• Experience with common information security standards, esp. ISO/IEC 27001
• Experience in conducting risk analyses and defining security measures
• Strong analytical skills and a structured work approach
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Optional certificates (e.g., CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer)
