About the team
The Data, Assets & Campaigns team within Corporate MEE enables high-impact, scalable customer experiences across the customer journey. We partner closely with the Customer Value Group, Sales Development, and Business Development to design and execute demand generation programs across all solution areas, with a strong focus on net-new and prospect engagement (particularly in DACH).
Operating in a flexible hybrid model, we combine remote work with in-office collaboration in Barcelona to accelerate innovation and teamwork.

About the Role
As a Campaign Operations Intern, you will support the execution and coordination of digital campaigns within SAP's Digital Hub. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help plan, coordinate, monitor, and optimize campaign activities, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
This internship offers hands-on experience in campaign operations, stakeholder collaboration, and business processes within a global technology company.
What You'll Do
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital campaigns.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Coordinate campaign timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Monitor campaign progress and support reporting activities.
Assist with campaign documentation and process improvements.
Help ensure campaign quality and operational excellence.
Support campaign performance tracking and contribute to continuous optimization initiatives.
Who You Are
We're looking for motivated students who enjoy organization, coordination, and working with multiple stakeholders.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Digital Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous internship, student job, or university project involving campaigns, communications, digital initiatives, events, or business operations.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Preferred Skills
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
