What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Tech Recruiting & Reporting
Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil [hybrid position, hybrid position, 3 days per week working from the office]
In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and the TD (Talent Discovery) Director to generate and maintain funnel metrics for targeted teams, supporting data-driven decisions across the Americas market. Your work will help increase visibility into Talent Acquisition’s activities, results, and impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports, translating TA data into clear, actionable insights for regional and global stakeholders
- Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency, automate data workflows, and surface trends across recruiting pipelines
- Partner with recruiters on proactive sourcing strategies and support the evaluation and implementation of new TA tools
- Drive change management initiatives by crafting compelling emails and presentations for regional and global audiences (employees, managers, and leadership)Support strategic projects led by the TD Director, with a focus on process improvement and TA landscape transformation
- Coordinate and moderate internal events and team initiatives
- Apply a structured, analytical approach to complex business processes and talent data

- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.Passionate about data and reporting - you're energized by dashboards, metrics, and turning numbers into narratives
- Proficient with AI tools, particularly applied to reporting, data analysis, and productivity workflows
- Familiar with recruiting processes and Talent Acquisition concepts, even if reporting is your primary strengthAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and strong command of PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with or curiosity about data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in a collaborative and global environment.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
