What you will do
As a solution architect expert, you will act as a trusted subject-matter expert for SAP Revenue Growth Management solution within the development organization. You will support product managers for end-to-end requirement understanding, breakdown, design, and explain to the team for implementation. You will also collaborate closely with IBU team for RFP reply, or with SAP service team for implementation on how customer can use our solution to fulfill their gap. You serve as a bridge between all roles with your expert domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
business architecture planning: work closely with product managers for end-to-end process design and business architecture to ensure clear structure within the solution.
cross-solution alignment: identify cross product dependencies, formulate the integration approach, and lead the alignment with other solutions to make the integration happen in a clean manner.
customer landscape reviewing: collaborate with customer IT teams to suggest the optimal systems landscapes, configurations, and implementations to make the best use of our solution without urgent/unnecessary last minute development requests
understand business requirements from customers & product managers, make meaningful solution blueprint works seamlessly with existing modules, provide practical guidance on technical design and implementation methods.
Experience & Knowledge
- 10+ years of professional experience in large enterprise software or IT organizations.
- Advanced expertise in SAP TPM and related solution areas, combined with strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with collaborative Order to Cash process is a plus.
- Deep understanding of CPG trade promotion management and Execution processes, including:
- Trade promotion process
- Rebate management, Dispute management, Claims management
- Financial settlement process
- SAP Condition Technique
- Billing document processing and transfer into financial accounting
- Condition Contract Management
- Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, and PaaS models in B2B environments.
- Recognized as a solution, line-of-business, or industry expert with a proven track record.
