The AI Programs & Customer360 Solutions team is driving the next generation of customer engagement capabilities through intelligent, data-driven solutions.
Our portfolio includes the ONE360 Dashboard, a unified platform that consolidates customer insights, engagement data, and actionable recommendations into a single experience.
Complementing this are AI-powered offerings such as the Customer360 Insights Agent, which accelerates insight discovery, and the QBR Agent, which streamlines the creation of customer-facing business reviews.
Our vision is to create a seamless ONE360 that reduces complexity, minimizes the need for multiple tools and reports, and empowers customer-facing teams with the information they need, when they need it.

As part of the AI Programs & Customer360 Solutions Team, you will actively support the continued evolution and adoption of our Customer360 products, with a particular focus on the ONE360 platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with multiple workstreams within a larger transformation program and driving project management activities, milestones, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear, actionable user stories for the development team.
- Supporting the design, definition, and harmonization of role-based user journeys to ensure a seamless user experience across customer-facing functions.
- Support in creating, maintaining, and delivering communication and enablement materials, including presentations, training content, user guides, and release communications.
- Support in managing and maintaining the ONE360 SharePoint and Wiki pages, ensuring information is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
- Publishing release notes and communicating new features, enhancements, and product updates to the user community.
- Supporting the ONE360 product team with platform configuration and administration activities to further enhance functionality, usability, and adoption across the organization.

What you bring
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and the ability to coordinate and drive tasks within cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience with SharePoint and Wiki administration, including content creation, editing, and maintenance.
- Ability to organize, facilitate, and drive regular Show & Tell sessions, workshops, and feedback discussions with end users.
- Experience in creating and maintaining communication and enablement materials, such as presentations, user guides, training content, and instructional videos.
- Structured and proactive working style with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team environment.
- Interest in customer-centric solutions, product management, AI-powered applications, and user experience design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
