Senior Product Designer

Sarmad is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless, user-friendly, and visually compelling products that meet both business goals and user needs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative design solutions across web and mobile platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of our product offerings and shape the user experience from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of product features from concept through execution with a strong user-centered approach.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure design alignment.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance the quality of design deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within fintech or technology industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is a plus.
