We’re Hiring: Technical Leader - Fintech Insurance (.NET)
Our team is looking for an experienced Technical Leader with a strong background in Fintech Insurance solutions, preferably within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities and hands-on development experience in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable fintech insurance solutions
- Guide development teams through technical challenges and best practices
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
- Ensure high standards for performance, security, and code quality
- Mentor and support team members technically and professionally

Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Fintech and Insurance domain projects
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and related business practices is highly preferred
- Solid hands-on experience with .NET technologies and modern software architecture
- Experience leading technical teams and driving solution design decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
