We’re Hiring: Technical Leader - Fintech Insurance (.NET)

Our team is looking for an experienced Technical Leader with a strong background in Fintech Insurance solutions, preferably within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities and hands-on development experience in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of scalable fintech insurance solutions
Guide development teams through technical challenges and best practices
Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
Ensure high standards for performance, security, and code quality
Mentor and support team members technically and professionally

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in Fintech and Insurance domain projects
Strong understanding of the Saudi market and related business practices is highly preferred
Solid hands-on experience with .NET technologies and modern software architecture
Experience leading technical teams and driving solution design decisions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
