The position will be responsible for social media marketing and marketing automation. She/he will deliver data-driven digital campaigns to boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

Implement end-to-end social media operation and paid social ads, including WeChat, Channels, Bilibili and Red Note, maintain brand tone consistency and handle community comment interaction.
Refine social media content, design creative formats and visuals, and make technical content better suited for social media dissemination.
Design and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and traffic.
Collaborate with global team to deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud in China
Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SCRM system to understand customers and design personalized contents to increase intimacy and generate leads.
Cooperate with campaign and product teams to support integrated marketing activities with matching digital assets, consolidate cross-channel performance data, summarize insights and propose actionable optimizations.
Regularly measure and report applicable metrics and key performance indicators to give iterative suggestions
Monitor and track spending to meet annual budget plan, drive vendor evaluation to optimize budget spend.
Research social media trends, explore new platforms/tools, and stay current with the latest best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, marketing, or related field
3-5 years extensive professional experience in digital marketing
Experience in a comparable role within an industrial and international environment; business understanding in Life Sciences/Pharma industry is preferred
Strong AI content generation skills and copy writing skills
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SCRM system
Data-driven with a process-oriented mindset and skilled in problem-solving
Strong at multi-tasking and aggressive timeline.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
