TPM Specialist

Join our TPM team as a TPM Specialist and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the site. Through the deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and continuous improvement initiatives, you will help optimize processes, eliminate losses, and strengthen a culture of sustainable performance improvement. Based in Bangalore, India, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions to support our mission of delivering better health for more people.

Grow with us - Your Responsibilities

• Lead TPM initiatives across the site to drive operational excellence and sustainable performance improvements
• Coordinate with TPM pillars, business functions, and stakeholders while providing guidance throughout their continuous improvement journey
• Analyze business processes using methodologies such as gap analysis and PDCA to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate losses
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects across all levels of the organization and ensure effective execution of initiatives
• Monitor progress by establishing measurable standards and tracking the achievement of improvement objectives
• Provide mentorship through workshops and team training sessions while openly sharing technical expertise and best practices

What will convince us

• Academic degree in Engineering, Technical disciplines, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Deep technical expertise in TPM deployment, continuous improvement tools and techniques, and process improvement methodologies with proven application experience
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex improvement initiatives
• Leadership capabilities with a passion for inspiring teams and fostering a continuous improvement culture
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams
• Proven stakeholder management capabilities across different organizational levels
• Fluent English language skills
