About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to help execute high-priority initiatives across Sarvam’s marketing function. You will work on a varied mix of market research, campaigns, product marketing, events and content, collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Product, GTM and Design.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure to open-ended problems, move quickly from idea to execution and maintain a high bar for quality. Your work will contribute directly to how Sarvam takes its products to market, engages enterprise and developer audiences, and shows up across digital and in-person channels.
What You’ll Do
Build campaigns across content, search, paid and community channels, from audience and messaging to execution and measurement.
Work with Product, GTM and Marketing on launches, product assets and new growth initiatives.
Plan and execute conferences, roundtables, meetups and other offline experiences across vendors, logistics, communication and on-ground delivery.
Help grow developer and enterprise communities through events, partnerships, webinars and ongoing engagement.
Improve Sarvam’s discoverability across SEO, content and AI-powered search.
Conduct market, customer and competitive research, turning findings into clear briefs and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
High agency and execution ability, with a track record of taking ownership and delivering high-quality work.
Strong organisation and follow-through; calm and detail-oriented under deadline pressure.
Clear writing and structured thinking, with the ability to communicate ideas simply.
Strong growth instincts across audience, message, channel, experimentation and measurement.
Fluency with modern AI tools, with the ability to build workflows and automations that improve research, content, analysis and execution.
Comfort with marketing tools such as CRM, email and basic analytics
Good to Have
Experience running a campus event, community, newsletter, side project or a small business.
Familiarity with growth channels such as email, SEO, paid acquisition, content, partnerships and community.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Notion, HubSpot, analytics tools or basic video editing.
If you have work samples that demonstrate strong writing, structured thinking or execution, include them with your application.
