Opportunity

The Human Resources department is responsible for protecting and enhancing our employment brand. We want to attract, retain, and develop the best talent for SAS including YOU! This intern position will work with our HR Business Partner team to develop and deliver programs that enhance the employee experience. As a HR intern, you have the opportunity to contribute in many ways. As an HR Intern at SAS, 80% of your time will be spent on working administrative HR tasks, while the other 20% will be more on the soft HR domain. Some of the job duties of this role include the following:

• Entering and updating data in Excel spreadsheets and HR systems
• Assisting with payroll administration and data entry
• Helping with compliance documentation and reporting
• Managing of employee benefits
• Archive and organize documents
• Create personal files
• Coordinate on-boarding trainingsorganizing trainings
• Participate in organizing events, be-well meetings
• Prepare internal communication

We re looking for an intern who is

• A student, currently enrolled in a university degree.
• Good at communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Accurate to the detail, conscientious and motivated

What we’re looking for

• Availability of minimum 2 days per week to work on sight, in our Warsaw office

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of English language and fluent Polish.
