About the role:

We are looking for a Community Manager to join and strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Community Management function at SayGames, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Audit existing communities and social media channels, identify growth opportunities, and define which projects, platforms, and activities are worth investing in.
• Develop and execute community and social media strategies for different games based on their audiences, product specifics, and business goals.
• Research and analyze player audiences and use these insights to shape content, communication, and engagement strategies.
• Build a systematic approach to player feedback and work closely with product teams to turn community insights into actionable recommendations.
• Introduce a data-driven approach to Community Management: connect community data with product analytics, test hypotheses, evaluate community initiatives, and measure their impact on player behavior and business results.
• Develop a regular Community Reporting framework that provides product teams with relevant player insights, key findings, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Community Management in the games industry and the ability to independently own a direction without a predefined playbook.
• Strong knowledge, understanding, and genuine interest in the types of games we publish and their audiences. Good understanding of mobile hybrid-casual game mechanics and core product metrics, with the ability to apply this knowledge when building community strategies.
• Strong writing and content skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice to different games, platforms, and audiences.
• Analytical and product-oriented mindset: ability to formulate hypotheses, work with data, evaluate results, and clearly explain the reasoning behind decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Discord and other relevant community and social platforms.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
