Обязанности

анализ данных и выявление ошибок в работе специалистов контактных центров Сбербанка
ad hoc аналитика по запросам
оптимизация процессов
разработка алгоритмов автоматизированного поиска ошибок
моделирование зависимости между данными, предложения новых методов оценки и контроля показателей.

Требования

хорошее знание возможностей GreenPlum(PostgreSQL): оконные функции, вложенные запросы, оптимизация запросов, временные таблицы
знание Python и основных библиотек для анализа данных (numpy, pandas).
опыт работы с Git и Github, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira
опыт разработки, либо пул собственных проектов (присылай ссылки)
опыт работы с ИИ-инструментами
Перед собеседованием повтори функции: megre, cumsum, transform, unstack, groupby, np.where, str.join, str.split, срезы.
