Обязанности

  • ручное и автоматизированное тестирование полного цикла вызова по цепочке «Клиент (iOS/Android/Web) - Бэкенд API (REST/gRPC) - Медиасервер»
  • тестирование логики маршрутизации звонков
  • кросс-браузерная проверка Web-клиента (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
  • проверка корректности биллинга и тарификации звонков
  • тестирование сигнального протокола (SIP) и WebRTC-сигналинга
  • проверка работы TURN/STUN-серверов
  • тестирование качества связи (QoS)
  • проведение нагрузочного тестирования бэкенда
  • разработка и поддержка фреймворка для автоматизированного тестирования бэкенда
  • интеграция автотестов в CI/CD пайплайн.

Требования

  • опыт тестирования бэкенд-систем от 4+ лет (наличие опыта в телеком/VoIP проектах строго обязательно)
  • глубокое понимание стека протоколов: WebRTC, SIP, RTP, RTCP, SDP
  • отличное владение инструментами для тестирования API
  • умение работать с Wireshark / tcpdump для анализа SIP-пакетов и RTP-потоков
  • опыт работы с системой логирования (Kibana, Grafana Loki)
  • опыт тестирования мобильных приложений (iOS/Android)
  • знание специфики WebRTC в различных браузерных движках
  • опыт работы с AI-инструментами

Будет преимуществом

  • умение писать XML-сценарии для нагрузочного тестирования SIP-серверов
  • опыт написания автотестов с использованием библиотек для работы с WebRTC/SIP на Python
  • знание внутреннего устройства FreeSWITCH, Asterisk или медиасерверов Janus/Mediasoup
