- веб-интерфейс для операторов колл-центра.
Система мониторинга позволяет оперативно отслеживать состояние систем, управлять ими и мгновенно оповещать администраторов об инцидентах для их устранения и снижения возможного влияния.
Мы разрабатываем собственный продукт - своего рода конструктор экранов администраторов, предназначенный для универсальной и удобной настройки элементов мониторинга и управления "под себя".
Веб-интерфейс системы процессинга реализует функционал для работы с операциями, терминалами и справочниками как инструмент для разрешения запросов клиентов Банка.
Обязанности
- развитие и модификация скрипта на Java
- сбор, анализ данных в графане, составление отчета, настройка необходимого мониторинга
- умение работать в DA/Openshift для просмотра логов, распределения ресурсов и т.д.
- автоматизация процессов НТ, для удобства и ускорения работы.
Требования
- навыки работы с технологиями: Grafana, Victoria Metric, Jenkins (pipeline), git, ansible, Java, виды GC, heapdump, threaddump, JFR
- опыт работы в аналогичной роли от 1 года
- законченное высшее техническое образование
Будет плюсом:
- навыки работы с генеративными AI-моделями
- опыт создания AI-агентов и использования их в работе.
