Проект «Фокус» - это мобильное рабочее место для клиентской вертикали малого бизнеса Сбера. Что у нас есть: работа с данными клиента, планирование встреч, процесс продаж, оформление продуктов и другие полезные функции. Еще у нас есть Фокус.Чаты, с помощью которых менеджеры могут получать консультации по разным экспертизам и общаться с клиентом текстом.

«Фокус» - веб-приложение для планшетов, охват - до 7 тыс пользователей по всей России. Пишем фронт на ReactWeb, Typescript, бэк на java, всё это в рамках целевых технологических платформ Сбера, никаких легаси.

На проекте 10 команд (штаб, платформа, 6 фичекоманд, дизайн и поддержка), примерно 90 чел. Работаем на скрам и канбан фреймворках, практикуем agile-церемонии.

Обязанности

  • участвовать во всех этапах жизненного цикла проекта
  • работа в команде с другими разработчиками, аналитиками и тестировщиками
  • анализировать и оптимизировать производительность приложения
  • решать проблемы, возникающие в процессе разработки
  • разрабатывать новый и поддерживать существующий функционал
  • реализовывать пользовательские истории
  • разрабатывать интеграции со смежными системами.

Требования

  • опыт Java разработки от 2 лет
  • опыт работы с Spring Framework (SpringBoot)
  • опыт проектирования и работы с PostgreSQL
  • опыт работы с Kafka
  • опыт работы с maven, git
  • знание паттернов проектирования и архитектурных решений
  • высокий уровень ответственности и самоорганизации
  • навыки работы с генеративными AI-моделями.

Будет здорово, если вы:

  • имеете опыт работы с OpenShift или аналогами
  • имеете опыт работы с Ignite
  • имеете опыт принятия архитектурных решений
  • имеете широкий технический кругозор
  • имеете опыт работы с Maven, Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket
  • имеете опыт создания AI-агентов и использования их в работе
  • имеете опыт использования GigaChat, Kandinsky и аналогов в продуктах, навыки создания и использования AI-агентов.
