Обязанности

  • участие в масштабной продуктовой трансформации с реальным влиянием на культуру команд
  • экспертиза в Product Discovery и методологии исследований: глубокое знание качественных и количественных методов (JTBD, CustDev, A/B-тесты, юзабилити-тесты)
  • умение строить процесс, создание системы продуктовых метрик и тиражирование на продукты
  • Data Literacy и работа с продуктовыми метриками: понимание unit-экономики, умение работать с данными (SQL на уровне чтения, понимание дашбордов), знание фреймворков метрик (HEART, AARRR, North Star Framework)
  • инструментарий (Co-pilot): Разработка и внедрение внутренних инструментов, помогающих владельцам продуктов принимать решения быстрее.

Требования

  • экспертиза в Product Discovery и методологии исследований: глубокое знание качественных и количественных методов (JTBD, CustDev, A/B-тесты, юзабилити-тесты). Умение строить процесс
  • стратегическое мышление и системный подход (Systems Thinking)
  • обладание экспертизой в Product Discovery и методологии исследований
  • обладание экспертизой в продуктовых метриках
  • Опыт работы с LLM - инструментами и Co-pilot, понимание их возможностей и ограничений
  • уверенная работа с данными и продуктовой аналитикой
  • умение работать в среде, где нет готовых ответов, где данные неполны, а требования постоянно меняются. Способность быстро перестраиваться
  • отличные коммуникационные навыки.
