Обязанности

  • Ведение проектов по внедрению ИИ-агентов в процессы Сбера
  • Взаимодействие с большим количеством контрагентов по вопросам проектов
  • Целеполагание и мониторинг этапов реализации
  • Управление рисками проектов
  • Подготовка управленческой отчётности и отчётных мероприятий с Руководством (стратегические сессии, демо-дни, доклады на Правлении)
  • Отработка ad-hoc задач по запросам руководства Банка

Требования

  • Высшее образование (экономическое, математическое или техническое)
  • Опыт в ИТ-консалтинге / «Большой четвёрке» / «Большой тройке» от 3-х лет
  • Опыт в технологической отрасли (именно в AI) - не консалтинг, а in-house от 1 года
  • Опыт управления программой/портфелем проектов/РМО при трансформации (бизнес, организационная, цифровая) крупных компаний
  • Опыт вайбокодинга
  • Экспертное владение Excel и PPT, отличные презентационные навыки
  • Структурное и системное мышление, умение быстро вникать в суть, копать до мелочей и видеть общую картину
  • Краткие и ёмкие формулировки выводов
  • Быстрое выстраивание горизонтальных связей
