Обязанности

лидировать разработку надежных и отказоустойчивых решений для высоконагруженных сервисов
отвечать за проектирование архитектуры и принятие решений относительно технологического стека
управлять разработкой core-функционала, обеспечивая качественное выполнение задач и своевременное реагирование на инциденты
контролировать соблюдение внутренних стандартов качества (ревью, статанализ, тесты)
быть лидером разработки (3 человек), координируя задачи и контролируя качество результатов
координация работ по выбору технологий, оптимизации производительности и надежности системы
формулировать, обсуждать и утверждать решения по технической части проекта.

Требования

высшее техническое образование
отличное знание Java Core, Spring Framework, опыт работы с версиями Java 8 и выше
опыт промышленной разработки от 5-ти лет
профильное владение SQL и опыт работы с PostgreSQL/Oracle
опыт проектирования и реализации архитектурных решений в крупных промышленных проектах
более трех лет промышленного программирования и наличия портфолио успешных разработок
проявленный опыт руководства/менторства
умение мотивировать и вести конструктивный диалог с членами команды
владение технологиями OpenShift/Kubernetes, Kafka/JMS
