  • опыт руководства разработкой ML-/AI-решений от 7 лет, опыт руководства разработкой ИИ-агентов от 1 года
  • опыт проектирования мультиагентных систем, знание А2А
  • знание основ MLOps, опыт построения систем мониторинга ML-/AI-решений в проме
  • опыт внедрения в команде AI PDLC, автоматизации отдельных этапов производственного процесс через навыки и MCP-сервера
  • желателен опыт разработки стратегий AI-развития продуктов
