Наша команда создает новую CRM с искусственным интеллектом для клиентских менеджеров. Мы в поиске стажера желающего развиваться в построении AI-агентов

Обязанности

  • создание прототипов агентов по бизнес требованиям в low code среде Langflow, в том числе с использованием тулов и RAG при необходимости для автотмазиции ручных процессов обработки обращений пользователей
  • составлениетюнинг промптов
  • написание и поддержка требований и алгоритма работы агентов по бизнес требованиям
  • проработка интеграций, заведение CR на смежные команды
  • координация решения обращений со смежными командами, автоматизация данного процесса.
  • написание и ведение сопроводительной документации
  • заведение задач на разработку и тестирование

Требования

  • понимание принципов работы с генеративным ИИ и сопутствующими технологиями. Промпт-инжинеринг, RAG, MCP, вызов тулов и пр.
  • опыт работы с XMLJSON
  • понимание основных принципов и способов интеграции приложений (REST, очереди сообщений)
  • понимание методологий разработки ПО (например, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • умение эффективно общаться с командой разработчиков, бизнес-пользователями и другими заинтересованными сторонами
  • умение использовать UML для моделирования систем
