Наша цель - избавить партнеров от рутины и дать возможность сосредоточиться на стратегии, пока платформа занимается бесшовным выводом продуктов на полку.

Обязанности

  • проектировать архитектуру обоих сервисов: доменная модель, интеграции, API, стратегия хранения данных
  • разрабатывать ключевые компоненты: Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Ignite, векторные БД
  • выстраивать RAG-пайплайн: парсинг документов, эмбеддинги, retrieval, интеграция с LLM, контроль качества ответов
  • руководить командой из 3 разработчиков, проводить code review и менторить коллег
  • выстраивать CI/CD, практики тестирования, вести техническую документацию
  • взаимодействовать с продуктовыми владельцами, командами ИБ, Data Engineering и ML Engineering
  • вести research в области RAG-паттернов и оптимизации поиска.

Требования

  • от 5 лет коммерческой разработки на Java, от 2 лет в роли Tech/Team Lead или Senior+ с лидерскими функциями
  • глубокое знание Spring Boot, микросервисной архитектуры, KaVa, PostgreSQL
  • уверенная работа с Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
  • навыки руководства командой, менторинга и проведения code review
  • умение общаться с бизнесом и защищать технические решения
  • опыт работы с LLM, RAG, векторными БД.
