Задачи:
- судебная защита интересов Банка, включая: сопровождение споров по взысканию просроченной задолженности физических лиц, иски к Банку физических лиц, рассматриваемые в судах общей юрисдикции.
Требования:
- высшее юридическое образование
- стаж юридической работы не менее 3-х лет
- опыт судебной работы в структуре Федеральных/Арбитражных судов в том числе в делах о банкротстве
- умение работать в команде и в условиях многозадачности, с достижением командных и личных целей.
- коммуникабельность, стремление к профессиональному росту.
- адаптивность, умение работать в условиях многозадачности, с большим объемом информации и нормативными документами, аналитические способности, развитый эмоциональный интеллект, командность
- опыт работы с ИИ-инструментами.
