Задачи:
- сопровождение судебных дел по взысканию просроченной задолженности физических лиц, включая подготовку процессуальных документов и участие в судебных заседаниях
- взаимодействие с подразделениями Банка по работе с проблемной и просроченной задолженностью физических лиц
- взаимодействие с государственными органами, в том числе по административным спорам.
Требования:
- высшее юридическое образование
- опыт судебной работы не менее 1 года
- знание законодательства РФ в области гражданского права и процесса в целом банковской деятельности в частности
- умение анализировать юридические документы и формировать правовые позиции
- навыки применения ИИ в профессиональной деятельности.
