Обязанности:

  • Создавать прикладные AI-решения: разрабатывать с нуля демо-стенды, PoC (Proof of Concept) и пилотные проекты, которые доказывают эффективность технологии в реальных бизнес-процессах.
  • Решать задачи бизнеса с помощью ИИ: создавать инструменты, которые напрямую влияют на прибыль - помогают увеличивать продажи, сокращают операционные расходы, ускоряют сопровождение клиентов и повышают качество сервиса СберМобайл.
  • Исследовать и внедрять передовые модели: тестировать возможности применения LLM GigaChat и других GenAI-технологий для трансформации внутренних и внешних процессов оператора связи.
  • Разрабатывать AI-агентов: проектировать и обучать автономных ассистентов для автоматизации рутинных задач, клиентской поддержки и внутренних операций.
Требования:

  • Опыт: опыт работы от 3 лет в аналогичной роли.

  • Бэкенд и инфраструктура: уверенное владение Python. Опыт работы с Docker, уверенное владение Git и базовым DevOps-стеком (Linux, bash).
  • Архитектура ИИ: опыт проектирования масштабируемых AI-решений. Вы понимаете, как строить системы на базе RAG и GraphRAG, проектировали агентные архитектуры (AI-агенты).
  • Глубокая экспертиза в AI: понимаете матчасть и практическое применение ML, тонкости работы с LLM (файн-тюнинг, промпты, токенизация). Имеете опыт работы с векторными базами данных (например, Chroma, Qdrant, Milvus).
Условия:
  • Гибридный график работы 5/2 с 9.00, 9.30 или 10.00, в пятницу сокращенный рабочий день на 1 час 15 минут.
