Contract Administrator

SUMMARY The role will review fulfilled sales paperwork, stage support/maintenance contracts in an ERP system, handle recurring billing, run system-generated profit-and-loss reports, support meter billing and missing meter-read follow-ups, respond to internal enquiries, address customer invoice questions/disputes, and prepare account reviews. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review paperwork after sales have been fulfilled.
• Set up/stage support and maintenance contracts in the ERP system.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, or annual billing.
• Run system-generated profit-and-loss reports and identify irregularities.
• Support meter billing, including outbound calls for missing meter readings.
• Respond to internal enquiries regarding contract coverage.
• Handle customer-facing invoice questions or disputes.
• Prepare account reviews for the Sales team.
• Export and manipulate system reports using Excel. QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, given that aforementioned tasks occur daily.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while still collaborating effectively with the team.
• Strong English communication, particularly for customer-facing conversations.
• Strong professional email-writing skills for both internal and external communication.
• Intermediate Excel skills are preferred (ideally someone who knows sorting, filtering, simple arithmetic, and VLOOKUP).
• Demonstrated ability to spot irregularities in reports.
• Experience in utilizing ERP, CRM, and other business tools or systems. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.

• Should be amenable to a night shift schedule, following the US time zone.
