B2B | PLN 55-100/h + VAT + Sales Bonuses
At Scalac, we're hiring an AI Sales Engineer to help us grow our business and build strong relationships with clients in the technology space.You'll combine your B2B IT sales experience with hands-on AI knowledge, working with clients to understand their needs and turn technology into real business opportunities.
You don't need to be a developer, but you should feel comfortable discussing software development and AI with both technical and business stakeholders.
The role involves regular travel to industry events and conferences, approximately once per quarter or more frequently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software development and AI space
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Sell software development outsourcing and AI-powered solutions
- Present and run AI and technology demos for prospective clients
- Understand clients' business needs and translate them into relevant technology solutions
- Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals and solutions
- Work with the marketing team on lead generation and sales initiatives
- Build and manage outbound and inbound sales activities
- Use CRM, sales automation, prospecting and AI tools to support your sales work
- Attend industry events and conferences approximately once per quarter or more frequently
- Represent Scalac and build new business relationships
- Stay up to date with the latest AI tools, technologies and trends
Requirements
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry - must-have
- Strong, hands-on experience using AI and AI tools - must-have
- Proven experience selling software development outsourcing - must-have
- Ability to confidently demonstrate AI tools and workflows
- Experience with CRM and sales automation tools, such as HubSpot, Apollo or similar
- Excellent English (C1+)
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate technology into clear business value
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly - must-have
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
Nice to have
- Experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-sales Engineer or Technology Sales Specialist
- Experience selling AI/GenAI solutions
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents and AI automation
- Experience working with technical decision-makers and engineering teams
Recruitment process
