Underground Shift Supervisor – Rustenburg

SCallaghan is sourcing an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor for a mining operation in the Rustenburg area.
This position is suited to someone with a strong background in underground hard-rock mining (stoping and development) who can lead mining teams, coordinate daily activities, and maintain high standards of safety and productivity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Min.3 years' operational experience in a similar position underground
- Blasting Certificate (Scheduled Mines)
- Shift Boss or Mine Overseer Certificate / Ticket
- Competent A and Competent B certificates
- Demonstrated experience in conventional and/or trackless hard-rock mining environments
- Ability to meet the medical fitness requirements for underground work.
