Location: 266 Bella Vista Rd, Vacaville, CA
Job Type: Full-time / Exempt
Training Rate: Starting at $2,500 to $2,692.31bi-weekly per pay period during training, then:
Post Training Rate: Yearly fixed base pay of $25,000 PLUS percentage of store sales and percentage of personal sales!
What You’ll Do:
- Inspire Customers: Share your love for mid-century modern, rustic, and contemporary styles while helping customers find meaningful solutions for their homes.
- Lead with Passion: Guide and motivate a team of sales associates, managers, and warehouse staff in a commission-based environment.
- Create Success: Set exciting sales goals, coach your team, and foster a positive, supportive culture.
- Be the Expert: Learn all about our products and services to provide knowledgeable and wholehearted customer service.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Oversee everything from sales transactions to inventory management, facility upkeep, and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- A natural leader with 1-2+ years of sales and management experience (retail and customer service experience encouraged! ).
- A great communicator who thrives in a team environment.
- Someone who loves interior design and creating visually inspiring spaces.
- Flexible and ready to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Energetic, hands-on, and ready to tackle tasks like light lifting, cleaning, and assembly.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Management experience in customer service, retail sales, interior design or consulting preferred and not required.
