Responsibilities

  • ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายอย่างใกล้ชิดและมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • จัดทำใบเสนอราคา ( Cost structure ) สัญญาซื้อ,สัญญาขาย
  • ประสานงานร่วมจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขายผ่านระบบของบริษัท เช่น e-form, allpay, netsuit, CMM, VMM
  • ประสานงานร่วมกับคู่ค้า, ผู้รับเหมา, ขนส่ง,Shipping Line, Freight Forwarder และหน่วยงานเกี่ยวข้องกระบวนการนำเข้า - ส่งออกสินค้าทั้งหมดตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบได้อย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา
  • แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการขนส่ง ติดตามรถขนส่ง จนสินค้าส่งมอบเรียบร้อย
  • รายงานปัญหาและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาอย่างครบถ้วนและทันเวลา
  • ติดตามตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoices) , ใบกำกับ ,ใบเพิ่มหนี้ , ใบลดหนี้ เป็นต้น
  • ส่งตัวอย่างสินค้าและขอรับใบรับรองจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • จัดทำบันทึกภายใน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขายร่วมกับทีมขาย
  • ปฏิบัติงานตามระเบียบข้อกำหนดของบริษัท และปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

  • สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ในสาขา Logistics / International Business หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Import-Export อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  • สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการติดต่อธุรกิจและโต้ตอบอีเมลได้ ทักษะการพูดพอใช้-ดี
  • มีทักษะการประสานงาน การแก้ไขปัญหา การวิเคราะห์ และจัดการงานหลายด้านพร้อมกัน
  • สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  • มีความรับผิดชอบต่อผลลัพธ์ของงาน (Accountability) และสามารถสื่อสารข้อเท็จจริงได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน
