Your Key Responsibilities
The Cooperative Education Student supports the Thermal Management Systems Engineering team by completing assigned projects, participating in hands-on training, and gaining exposure to engineering and manufacturing processes. This role is designed to provide meaningful professional development while contributing to active design and development initiatives.
- Assist in various systems engineering duties in Thermal Management department.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing coolant & refrigerant system projects and initiatives.
- Perform research on advanced thermal management related topics.
- Participate in benchmarking activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs.
Your Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Must have and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in automotive Coolant & Refrigerant Systems is preferred
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
