Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage Controlling processes and reporting for the VLS division (40%) and Corporate function (60%)
- Preparation of monthly reporting and financial analysis as well as deviation analysis on various levels - subregion / project level
- Coordinate and monitor Intercompany cost charge operation and status
- Maintenance of material GPC for VLS division
- Support of action plans for profit achievement or other finance projects where required
- Process improvement / Automation within the team's internal processes
- Support any other tasks or projects (e.g. system testing) as required by the reporting manager
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in economics or business administration or any comparable degree in any other related Finance field
- At least 3 years professional experience in Controlling or Management Reporting preferred
- Experience liasing with cross function stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Proficiency in English and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP EP1 / S4 Hana)
- Positive mindset, proactive attitude and hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly
