Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist with entering, checking, and updating customer order information in relevant systems.
- Support the team in tracking order status and preparing routine updates for customers.
- Help respond to customer enquiries, referring complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team member.
- Gather and organize information needed to investigate order discrepancies or delivery delays.
- Coordinate routine information exchanges with sales, supply chain, and logistics colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and help organize order-related documents.
- Compile basic data and assist with reports or presentations on order volumes, processing progress, or recurring issues.
- Participate in team meetings and training to learn customer service and order-fulfilment procedures.
- Assist with other tasks instructed by seniors related to daily operations.
Your Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an academic programme relevant to business, supply chain, logistics, or administration.
- Interest in customer service, order processing, and how supply-chain operations work.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Careful, organized approach to data entry and administrative tasks.
- Comfortable using standard office software; willingness to learn customer and order-management systems.
- Cooperative attitude and readiness to ask for guidance when needed.
- Must willing to complete minimum 6 months internship.
- Business level of Japanese language capabily is required(N2 and above)
