Our employees are passionate about their jobs and believe in happiness, positivity and collaborating with others.
Instead of being stuck in an office all day, Junior Construction Managers (JCMs) get to be outside on the construction site interacting with both our Construction Managers (CMs) and trade partners.
At Schell Brothers, we work hard but also get to enjoy sweet perks like unlimited time off, medical benefits, and employee appreciation events. We also pay our JCMs a competitive salary with the potential of a quarterly production bonus.
