Incubation Project Manager

As the Incubation Project Manager, you will oversee the strategic alignment, prioritization, and execution of incubated product portfolios, combining Agile methodologies with end-to-end lifecycle management. Focused on incubationin protection and conversionproducts development, you will ensure optimal investment allocation, risk mitigation,and market competitiveness, and value delivery coveringoffer end to end lifecycle, driving innovation and market competitiveness in New Electrical Distribution business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Vision Alignment

• Champion the incubation project vision by translating strategic objectives into actionable Agile initiatives
• Foster an innovation-driven culture that balances rapid experimentation with disciplined execution

• Team Facilitation & Coaching

• Adapt Agile ceremonies to accommodate the unique needs of incubation projects (e.g., rapid prototyping cycles)
• Coach teams in lean startup methodologies alongside traditional Agile practices

• Stakeholder Management

• Manage expectations between corporate stakeholders and entrepreneurial project teams
• Develop dual-track roadmaps for both incubation validation and potential commercialization

• Adaptive Planning & Execution

• Implement lightweight governance for fast decision-making while maintaining investment oversight
• Design flexible resource allocation models to support pivots in project direction

• Risk & Performance Management

• Develop specific metrics for incubation success beyond traditional Agile KPIs (e.g., market validation signals)
• Implement stage-gate processes to assess project viability at key development milestones

• Continuous Improvement

• Institutionalize learnings from both successful and discontinued incubation projects
• Evolve the incubation playbook by incorporating best practices from venture-building methodologies

Requirements

• Ability to influence senior leadership in matrixed organizations.
• Global mindset to navigate cross-cultural teams.
• Short-term domestic and international travel (up to 20%) is required to align with vendors and stakeholders.
