Product Quality Engineer

Főbb feladataid lesznek

• Aktív részvétel az új termék és az új gyártósor bevezetéséhez kapcsolódó projektekben
• A gyártási folyamatok minőségügyi követelményeinek meghatározása, kialakítása és bevezetése
• PFMEA elkészítése, aktualizálása és folyamatos karbantartása a projekt során
• Control Plan kialakítása, bevezetése és rendszeres felülvizsgálata
• A gyártási folyamat minőségellenőrzési pontjainak meghatározása
• Gyártási és folyamatbeli nemmegfelelőségek kivizsgálása, kezelése és nyomon követése
• Gyökérokelemzések végrehajtása különböző problémamegoldó módszerek alkalmazásával, például 5 Why, Ishikawa és 8D
• Korrekciós és megelőző intézkedések meghatározása és bevezetése, valamint azok hatékonyságának nyomon követése
• Minőségügyi KPI-ok és teljesítménymutatók nyomon követése, elemzése és rendszeres riportálása
• Szoros együttműködés a projekt-, gyártási-, folyamatmérnöki és termelési területekkel
• A gyártósor minőségi teljesítményének támogatása és fejlesztése a felfutási időszak során

Téged keresünk, ha

• Műszaki diplomával (Bsc/ Msc) rendelkezel
• Legalább 2-3 éves tapasztalatot szereztél gyártóipari minőségügyi vagy folyamatminőségügyi területen
• Gyakorlati tapasztalattal rendelkezel PFMEA és Control Plan készítésében
• Ismered és a gyakorlatban is alkalmaztad a főbb Core Tools módszereket, különösen az FMEA, Control Plan, SPC és MSA eszközöket
• Erős problémamegoldó és elemző szemlélet jellemez
• Önállóan és proaktívan dolgozol, ugyanakkor szívesen működsz együtt más szakmai területekkel
• Jó kommunikációs és együttműködési készséggel rendelkezel
• Angol nyelven magabiztosan tudsz kommunikálni szakmai környezetben

Előnyt jelent

• Új termékbevezetési, NPI és/vagy APQP projektekben szerzett tapasztalat
• Autóipari vagy hasonló, magas minőségügyi követelményeket támasztó gyártási környezetben szerzett tapasztalat
• SAP vagy más vállalatirányítási rendszer ismerete
• 8D riportok önálló elkészítésében szerzett gyakorlat
• Német nyelvtudás
