What will you do:
- Support talent acquisition by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records
- Assist with programs and employer branding activities
- Partner with HR Operations and Solutions teams to implement and deliver impactful HR programs aligned with business objectives
- Guide hiring managers on available tools and resources to enhance team performance and employee engagement
- Support HR data management, including maintaining accurate employee records and compiling HR information
- Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives that create meaningful employee experiences
What qualifications will make you successful:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Operations Management Or other related disciplines
Available for internship in year 2026. Minimum duration 3 Months
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Comfort with technology and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
- Professional communication skills and genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences
