Senior Solution Engineer - Java/AWS

Job Overview :
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Solution Engineer with strong expertise across Java engineering, AWS cloud architecture, Snowflake, data engineering and AI/GenAI integration.
This is a technically demanding engineering role for someone who can design, build, deploy and own production-grade applications and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
- Design, deploy and support production workloads on AWS.
- Develop and optimise Snowflake SQL queries, data models and data processing workflows.
- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into applications and enterprise workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude to improve engineering productivity.
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Mandatory Technical Requirements :
- Strong Java development experience, preferably with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Real-world experience deploying and supporting production workloads on AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including SQL, data processing, modelling or pipeline integration.
- Practical experience integrating AI/GenAI into applications or workflows.
- Practical use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
- Hands-on experience with automated build, test and deployment pipelines.
- Demonstrable responsibility for applications or workloads running in production.
Working Requirements :
- Comfortable working from the Mumbai office 3 days per week.
- Available for a full-time, permanent position.
- Notice period between immediate and 60 days.
