Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production activities between production, QC, QA, logistics, and procurement teams.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution as per planning.
• Track raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods inventory; coordinate replenishment.
• Support dispatch planning, shipment scheduling, and documentation.
• Maintain and update MIS reports, production records, manpower data, and operational dashboards.
• Assist in implementing SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors.
• Escalate operational issues and help drive quick resolutions.
• Support audits (internal/external) with required documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Operations or related field.
• Relevant years of experience in chemical manufacturing/industrial operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, MIS, and basic ERP systems.
• Understanding of production workflow, plant operations, and safety norms.
