Senior 3D Artist - Monopoly GO!

Scopely is looking for a Senior 3D Artist to join the MONOPOLY GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Do

• Deliver 3D assets that capture Monopoly GO!'s established art style on time and at a high bar, working closely with Art Leads and 2D concept artists to stay aligned with the season's direction
• Develop, refine, and share repeatable AI-assisted workflows for recurring production needs, evaluating emerging tools against real production challenges and incorporating them where they meaningfully improve the work
• Suggest and help implement improvements to the 3D pipeline, and maintain a solid understanding of exporting and optimizing assets from DCC tools to Unity
• Give clear feedback to both internal and outsourced 3D artists, and mentor junior artists informally
• Be the point of contact for 3D questions on your assigned features, working cross-discipline with narrative, design, and product to keep things moving

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years experience as a 3D artist working in games, with 2+ years in a senior-level capacity
• Experience developing and applying repeatable AI-assisted workflows in production, with the judgment to evaluate where they improve quality, consistency, or efficiency
• Track record delivering high-quality 3D work on schedule, collaborating across Design, Engineering, and outsourcing partners
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling and texturing tools (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance), with a solid understanding of modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, rendering, and exporting assets to Unity
• Positive attitude and the ability to give and receive objective feedback

• Experience navigating the brand guidelines and approval pipeline of at least one externally-licensed IP
• Experience supporting outsourcing partners' quality standards
• A passion for playing and making games
